Consumption is best described as variable.
Motorway cruising at or about the limit (speed limit that is) is typically 34-37mpg.
My daily 25mile each way dash through twist B roads and several villages is in the order of 26-28 mpg.

Round town....I choose not to look, and console myself that the auto is far easier and smoother a drive.

Best combination in my view. V6 growl, Autobox, ZT handling but I am biased. :)
