First picture: one with less wires is passenger side. The extra wires are for the memory system so you won't need them.

Orange white is switched feed. On a fully wired car it comes from extra terminals on the ignition switch, but I believe when Steve (Devilish) fits them he connects to an ignition feed.

Yellow wire goes up to the yellow wire on the heted seat switch.

Orange Green is a permanent feed from the fusebox as is Orange yellow (No OG on the passenger side)

Black is ground.

Seat switches: Yellow to the yellow on the seat. Black is ground. Orange white is the same as on the seats. red white is illumination.

The other two connectors are cruise switch, and I think rear blind.

It can be done, but depends what you mean by simple.

You would need a memory wiring loom, or need to make your own, to connect the motors to the seat ECU (Engine Control Unit) rather than straight to the switches. The seat switches are different between memory and non memory, though I don't know the difference, and you would need to add the memory switch pack. You may also need to change the motors over, as the memory system needs sensors on the motors which may be missing on the non memory versions, I don't know. You would need to wire them in, for sure.
