Two defendants pleaded guilty in Court today to filling their cars with fuel and driving off with no attempt to pay (bilking).

They had the false plates which are a necessity now in this sort of crime owing to the ubiquitous CCTV. They should have got away with it... but they didn't.

Because they both tried it at the same time in the same garage and in their headlong, reckless attempts to drive off the forecourt they crashed... into each other

It's good to be reminded that occasionally justice will spontaneously spring up of it's own accord.
