Some of you may be aware that I developed a series of remote-control 'electrickery' type projects.

I was a little disappointed at the seeming lack of interest in them.

However, I spoke to Chris, my ex colleague who produces the hardware yesterday and he tells me that he has sold over 25 of the ultimate remote kits alone and almost as many of the FBH (Fuel burning heater.) kits.

I'm pleased to hear that they are more popular than I thought :)

I suppose I should take it as a compliment in as much as my How-To documents must be so well written that people don't need to ask any additional questions ;) :gmc:

Common courtesy would have been to acknowledge your input I would have thought.

A letter of thanks cost nothing, but a few beers will help more. ;)

"My lovely car now sold onto a very happy new owner.
I still love this marque and I will still be around, preferred selling to breaking, as a great runner and performer"

I suppose you are right but that wasn't really my point guys :)

I was pleased that there had actually been a higher uptake than I'd been led to believe :)

I have to say Dave, there were some extremely negative comments when it was realised that they were not going to be given away.

Some people thought £30ish was an awful lot to spend.

Yeah! That's 3 subscriptions somewhere. :stirer:
I don't like signatures, they take up too much screen space.

Glad to hear it Paul. The time and effort you and others have put in to these different projects
is massive. I haven't done mine yet due to lack of time more than anything else, but will get
round to it.

I'm a big fan of Paul's mods, at the moment following the combo of Pauls and Duncans remote headlights mod.

Planning is an unnatural process, much better to just get on with things, that way failure comes as a complete surprise instead of being preceeded by a period of worry and doubt
