Hi All,

Just got back from my MOT

Chuffed is what I am ;)

Couple of advisories though:

1. Cut in front tyre

2. Hand brake efficency at 16%

Just goes to show the build quality of our cars is outstanding, even Peter who tested my car, praised it as a really nice car. :D

Yes I did have my car tested today a Sunday

Only in Colchester, unfortunately, but maybe other places that work the same.

No repairs are carried out on site, so you receive an unbias test result.

Superb Service

Thanks Guy's

Had my car tested at the same place last year.

Passed with an advisory for front to rear brake pipes showing signs of corrosion.

I unclipped them, rubbed down with wire wool and treated with Waxoil. Did the trick cos' he didn't pick it up this year. ;)

Like you both said Result, not bad for 10 years old daily driver. :D

Nice one, unlike the big Red Ticket I got earlier in the year :(

Back when I lived in Redditch I used to take my car to the local Redditch Council testing centre for the same reason as you. There was no "incentive" for them to fail the car.

There are VOSA testing stations in Chelsmford and Ipswich, now you mention it.

I never thought of taking my one of these,

Convenience is the main Plus for using Fasspass.

They do small things light bulbs, wipers and stuff. Excellent Service.
