I wonder whether they have suffered a "slapped wrist" regarding their "Unlimited" advertising or perhaps they'd noticed that customers were deserting them in, if not droves then certainly a statistically significant percentage.
It seems that uploading "Traffic Management" remains though and with even more draconian restrictions.
