Thanks Zeb very kind of you. It was all of £11.75 for two years including VAT so not any kind of big deal. That's about all the expenses so far. :D

No more than the monthly cost of server. Which varies according to size and whoever is hosting. I use this server for myself and some clients but the usage and traffic is minimal, thus allowing the forum to run without problem, up to about 100 users on line at any one time.

I pay £4.50 per month for my hosting, which I think is a reasonable deal :)

In print we can use any amount of capitals. the url is all lowercase as they all are.

I've upped the posts per page to 20. It's a global feature not a per user feature, unless I have missed something.

Thank god a URL isn't like UNIX, where it's case sensitive. That would cause too much trouble. ;)
