I ask for help and guidance from the uPVC door gurus

One of our external doors has started fouling at the latch when it is closed. Not (yet) enough to stop the door closing but nonetheless, not as it should be.

There seems little or no latitude for adjustment at the lock striker plate and I suspect that any adjustment to be applied would be at the hinges.

Thereby hangs my problem. I cannot see how to do so

Can anybody advise please?

Thanks Andy,

I've seen a few items which suggest adjusting the hinges but I can't find one which matches the hinges on my door
