For a good cause, I believe I need the one that uses the Quasar module as well. Hopefully Paul will confirm.

The Quasar isn't relevant David. All the modules require a third party remote transmitter / receiver, of which the Quasar just happens to be the best, in my view

You need the module which includes the inhibit circuit.
