I am looking for people who are willing to come down on the day and have their cars parked up on the stand to show off just how great Rover 75's and MG ZT's really are, maybe answer questions from people passing by and also disappearing off to go and enjoy the event itself.

We dont have a form to fill in but do request all drivers names and car registration numbers forwarded to this e-mail address, how many spaces would your club require for its stand??
St John ambulance will be in attendance, as an charity organization we have public liberality insurance but there is posters/signs up during the event that you enter this venue at your own risk and no liability is accepted by organizers but normal car insurance will cover everything which is why we want everyones name and reg plate in advance.
Since running the event we've had no problems and just hope it remains that way!! Hope this information is helpful and if you need to know anything else give me a wee email back.
Thanks Kevin
This is a pretty big show, will over 900 cars in attendance last year and its mostly aimed towards modern (last 25 years or so) and modified cars. This would be a STATIC club event, the cars would be parked up for the day. Im sure there will be plenty on none car based talent walking around also.
Ive requested a MINIMUM of 15 cars for the event with the chances to stretch too 20 if we have room. I feel the local crew could easily manage this and it has been in the past an excellent event to attend.
I will be getting some banners and site stands etc made up, maybe a flag or two, along with a couple of thousand club flyers printed in colour.
So whos in for this one?
This is all part of my attempt to gain local knowledge for the club to boost numbers and friendships as well.
Can everyone who is interested and serious about this event please add your name to the list below and if you want yor car on the club stand then could you please specify you wish to do so.
A small update on this. If everyone could pm me their full name, reg of car and mobile I would be grateful. This is a request from the organisers, and would be handy for me also.
Has anyone got any one else who has a zt/75 and wants to be on our stand on the day? If we dont get them filled it will give us extra space any ways.
