If it had been a 120 ZT then he may have done...The TDV6 ZT-T is something he mentioned earlier again too!

You could retrofit, but not a job for the faint hearted.
You would need to start with a replacement ABS (Antilock Braking System) unit, different throttle with an actuator on the V6's, and some messing about with ZCS codes that would be risky. There may be other things I've missed and I wouldn't bother myself since being front wheel drive a bit of wheel spin isn't anywhere near as nasty as in a rear wheel drive.
