Has anyone had any trouble using Tapatalk?

I tried to access and post up a response to the two word challenge word association here using it just now and a message came up to say my I.S.P had been blacklisted. Oh err! I thought. I don't think I have upset anyone at Tapatalk or what?

I have that a few times in the past year, a reboot of the router sorts me out.
