I avoid Ryanair like the plague, Michael O'Leary is the most arrogant person I have seen in the airline business. His attitude to the fare payers, his customers, is astonishingly crass.

I also avoid - the cabin crew always seem to look down on the passengers.

O'Leary whilst he has always ensured free publicity for Ryanair it always seems to be detrimental to the business.
