What has happened to this product? It is not in stock in any shops and is listed as out of stock with online suppliers?

This was a superb over the counter medication that did work....

I presume you mean "paracetamol, sodium bicarbonate and caffeine." ?

If so, why not buy the ingredients separately.

I have had to do something similar when the licence for Syndol was rescinded. Although it is still available in South Africa and can be purchased for ten times it's original price.
The same goes for, of all things Euthymol toothpaste. Which has been withdrawn due an EU directive regarding an ingredient. Try buying another toothpaste that does not have fluoride added.
