I have done a quick search but came to a blank - which pins are used to reset the mileage counter.
Many thanks.

Just found this it may help.

By connecting pin 4 and pin 8 for different periods of time all service indicators can be reset. A paper clip is the perfect size.

Pin 4 is the 4th from the right at the bottom.
Pin 8 is the bottom right pin.

Oil service 1-4 sec
Inspec 8-25 sec.

Key must be in position 2.

So all you need to do is. Open the dust cover, get your paper clip ready. turn key to position 2. Connect pin 4 and 8. It doesn't matter which one first (pin 8 is an earth connection). Leave them connected for the required time. Break the connection and you should be done.

Apologies, I overlooked this Know How document by Mike. It has now been added to the Know How database.
