How are the power fold mirrors powered? If I want to retrofit them can I just plug and play, so to speak? Or do I need to find a power source for them? Been fiddling with a recalcitrant Fiat Uno heater over the day so am a little frazzled at work. Good job my phone is keeping an eye on my spelling haha...

Planning is an unnatural process, much better to just get on with things, that way failure comes as a complete surprise instead of being preceeded by a period of worry and doubt

You may have the door looms already in situ, although it is unlikely. To confirm, lift out your window switch-pack and look at the connectors. If you have no unpopulated contacts, you have the looms. If you see two unpopulated contacts you need the looms.

The loom across the car from door to door is almost always in place.

Thanks. I was looking at a set of powerfolds on ebay, mirrors, switch pack, and the dor looms in a bundle. So was just wondering if it was a case of taking the old door looms out, plugging the new ones in, and connecting everything up.
