This was the first time i had the chance to give her a really good polish, i went over with met t cut first to get all the crap off, then had a coat of megs carnauba wax and then a autoglym extra gloss sealant. But what i was really hoping for was the wet look. Is there any polish on the market that's worth a try?

I used that new fangled clay, then AutoGlym Super Resin Polish, then AutoGlym Extra Gloss Protection & this was the result

Is that the £35 a tub jobby? I've been so tempted to buy some but just can justify spending that much on some car polish!

i use Meguiars NXT Generation TECH Wax 2.0, and find i get very good results in terms of shinyness, and it hides a lot of the swirl marks

The trouble with super resin is you can get a stunning shine but it only lasts a couple of weeks...................Since I found out it's a "polish" as opposed to a "wax" I have always used the EGP ontop & that's what seals the surface & finishes the shine off into a deep glossy glossyness

Go on ebay mate if you know what you want. 99% of the time I find Polishes and potions cheaper than Halfrauds and similar retailers.
