Hopefully most folks know that recent pension reforms mean that it is possible to take one's pension as a lump sum and invest it in such things as a Lamborghini, Maserati or even an old 75/ZT? I am in the fortunate position to have several pensions which are frozen (but not for long). Today I had a phone call, unsolicited, asking me about my frozen pensions. As always with such calls he was given short thrift with the reply that I never discuss financial issues with such calls. I suspect this will not be last I will receive, so just a heads up chaps; they are after your money. Be aware.
