Not really. There is a problem with Cookie and or Bookmark. I don't at present know what the issue is but, I am looking into it.

The fix
Go to website www.midlandsnanomeets.co.uk and select forum from drop down menu and then create new bookmark.

Today we upgraded the server, doubling storage, RAM and processors.

I know that we have adverts on the site at the top and bottom. But I've just seen something concerning. An advert alleging to show that I've been unfriended by people on Facebook and offering to show me who. Now to be honest I don' give a FF if people have, but ads like this are usually targeted at insecure teenagers who click on the link and end up with some kind of malware or ...

The MYSQL database server, for reasons best known to itself, decided to issue a database error email at the rate of 1-2 per second. Starting on or around the 15th of this month. This caused the outgoing mail queue to become overloaded until it crashed, in turn causing MYSQL DB server to crash. Until this point I was not aware of the issue.
in deleting the 80,000+ emails in the queue some PM notification emails ...

I sometimes go to view active topics before I log in, but recently this message appears:
"Information

Sorry but you are not permitted to use the search system."

Is this a problem my end, as non registered people may not be able to view the forum?

Just checked, same using firefox, google chrome and IE
