re your drive, mine is 18" of hardcore top dressed with pea shingle. Advantages, looks nice, drains well, very cheap, if you spill oil you just rake it around. Disadvantages, picks up in shoe treads and comes indoors, not ideal for jacking but I have had no problems, same weed problem as others.
