A little bit of advanced planning here :)

The Pride of Longbridge meet is on Saturday 16th April next year and Lewis has come up with a cracking idea.

The plan is that, after the Longbridge meet, we could adjourn to Four Ashes for the usual Saturday evening bash, including camping overnight and the Nano-meet on the Sunday.

Four Ashes Inn, Wolverhampton, WV10 7DG For those of you who have never been to Four Ashes, don't worry. It has a Wolverhampton post code but is actually a very nice country pub :D

Anybody up for that? Obviously you don't have to do the Longbridge meet and could just turn up for the Saturday night and/or Sunday as is usual for the recent nano-meets :)

If you're not sure what goes on at the nano-meets, a forum search for 'Four Ashes' should provide all the info you need :)

Well put me down for the Nano at least. Will consider other options later.

As always, have to reserve the right to back out if circumstances change....

Looking forward to spring already.

Well I think the Merc would be out of place at Longbridge but if you need the T4 (Testbook version 4.Computer Diagnostic System) I'll be there on the Sunday.

Planning is an unnatural process, much better to just get on with things, that way failure comes as a complete surprise instead of being preceeded by a period of worry and doubt

I still love this marque and I will still be around, preferred selling to breaking, as a great runner and performer"
