Chicken wings smoked this morning, they were fabulous...

Lovely weather... well, let's be honest... for England it's exceptional weather!

Smoking temperature nicely stabilised...

Ribs getting close, 4 hours in the Weber so far, another half hour to go...

Inquisitive pigeon wondering what all the lovely aromas are... he's not getting too close because he knows he'd be very tasty smoked...
