I still love this marque and I will still be around, preferred selling to breaking, as a great runner and performer"

As an aside, a suggestion for a mellow non alcaphrolic drink:

Half and Half apple juice (the clear one) and sparkling water. Similar to the cider shandy suggested earlier. Very refreshing. The Germans call it apfelschoerle, and you can get it in Ikea. SWMBO calls it apple Shirley since I introduced it to her (yes, that way round).

Mixing it yourself has another advantage. You can adjust the amount of juice according to the mood you're in. Sometimes I prefer just 30%, or even less, if it's as hot as yesterday (35 centigrade).

Well after getting cold & wet today at Windemere I enjoyed a "spirited" drive home the long way ie Kirkstone pass, Ullswater Penrith, through Langwathby & Melmerby up Hartside through Alston & back down the A69 wow that was fun (blistered a tyre on an ole though  ) I think it's time to unwind with a trip to Mellowville..................anyone care to join me?

Many years since I had a drive through the lakes, well around them at least. Quite jealous whatever the weather, Kirkstone is a brilliant drive.
Chill out mon brave. :)

Interesting observation Colin, I always find control is better when climbing, going downhill through bends at speed cars are never quite "in balance" somehow. Always makes me feel as though I'm six inches too near the edge..

Sleep well you lot, I will arise again when the sun is well over the yard arm.. Or is it a metre arm now?

Anyway time for bed said Zeb................................... zzzzzz
