A bit of a question for domestic electricians here (or anybody else with ideas).
I want a spring loaded switch which will handle less than 1 amp at mains voltage. That is to say, you press the switch and current is only conducted while the switch is pressed. It only needs a few milliseconds to initiate the laundry fan. At the moment the fan comes on everytime the light is switched on in the laundry and it is driving SWMBO crackers.
The bugbear however, is that I'd like it to fit in a standard domestic light switch box and look like it is a domestic switch rather than an industrial switch.
Can anybody help please?
