Technologically it's amazing and if they had not called it an XJ. But it looks to German or Lexus for me:

Jags should (IMO)look like:

this one was a bit contraversial in styling in the late 80's:

or this:

The last one was very nice too:

But then again, I suppose I just need to get with the times: :gmc:

I don't like signatures, they take up too much screen space.

They are all lovely! I have to admit the last shape looked really good particually in Portfolio form! The new style that Jaguar have gone for is really destinctive and I think the designs will age well.

Hmm.........a bit of a Jaguar theme going on here......... :?

I remember many, many years ago I worked on a Farm and teh Framer had a Jaguar parked up just rusting away, I cannot remember the exact model of Jag it was, it was though approx 1950 / early 60s and was shaped like a stretched morris minor if you looked side on at it, it had Leather seats and wooden trim etc etc, I remember sitting in it and thinking what a sad way to end its life.

Farmer would never sell it, he was just happy for it to be there rotting. :(

Personally think they are the only modern cars that still have character.

Be a good few years before I can afford one though. :hissyfit:

My Wifes ex husband has an 05 plate Jaguar and he gave her a lift in it the other week, she said compared to the Rover it wasn't very comfortable and the Dash and Wood trim looked cheap lol...... He wasn't impressed
