I went to Halfords at the weekend to get a replacement inner tube for SWMBO's bicycle.

There was an area called "The Bike Hut" with a banner proclaiming "We know all there is to know about bikes". Possibly an inappropriate comment. However, i took it at face value.

I asked for a 26 x 1 3/8 tube to be greeted by a look of total incomprehension.

"Wots that then?"

Hmm... possibly not quite ALL there is to know about bikes.

So you would not recommend having a bike repaired there then.
