Help... please... :)

I have several A4 sized documents which I want to reduce in size to fit a notional page size of 5" x 7". I would like to have these documents print out on A4 paper, back to back (my printer does duplex) so that they then only need cutting to size. The individual 5" x 7" pages will then be spiral bound into a reference book.

Some documents are Word and some are PDF.

Can anybody help please?

Hi Paul

Re-size them under printer settings and then set to print both sides? 5x7 is close to A5, but on my settings I can set the size to what I want.

Although I guess you have perhaps tried this already?

Alternatively put them in a text box and then place them on the A4 as required.
