Being one of the individuals who will have to make a judgement and then implement it, I have to confess to considerable misgivings having just read this. Specifically the "Sexual Risk Order"

oh dear, our fellow humans in America already are at risk of being 'detained' (in a prison like facility) for "crimes they may commit in the future". It does seem to encompass a similar train of thought.
Next thing you know the free press will be getting threatened with closure if they take their freedom too literally..or did Mr Cameron already beat me to that concept?
