OK time for another of my dumb questions

Do I need to remove the wheel arch liner to replace the fuel filler flap - if so what's involved in removing it and any risks in doing so?

Discovered its removed from the outside by removing the bolts but sadly one of the bolts had already been sheared so not an option

Got it swapped over by splitting it from the bracket in the end,

Sadly it is quite a noticeable colour difference from the old on, variation in XPG, pictures don't show it too well
