I have received a letter from an Enforcement Agent (bailiff) saying that they are going to sell my goods to settle an unpaid council tax bill for 2013. I have had to write to the council concerned (Sefton) for an explanation. It seems that the present managing agent put my details down as the occupant of the property.
He would have got my details from when the firm I was with passed the property over to them to manage in 2012, think I should sue them for the distress it has caused.
