Hi will a MG ZT 1.8 rear exhaust back box fit onto a MG ZT 190 as mine is broken at the join and there is one on the donor car i have cheers Arctic.

No. Different sized pipework...the 190 needs 60 mm...the 1.8, from memory is only 57 mm...and the backbox itself may well screw up your power output owing to having the wrong back pressure...

thought the 1.8 was 54mm, either way you need a 60mm one as said

Drat thought so mind have looked at it the 1.8 i mean it seems rather large this is mine brokem at a join some idiot had welded together because it was to short and i dont think it is/was the right back box either.

That first pic is a backbox for a 75? Couldn't say which mind!

Guessed it was the wrong one when i bought the car but didnt know it was going to snap now i know why it was to short so someone added a piece and welded them together and thats where it as snaped i managed to get the whole exhaust off the donor MG ZT 1.8 today what a struggle but very good from front to back pic below.

Shes looking rather sorry now after i have taken parts from her,
