Saw that although it was on Ebay UK , the advert was in AU$ and UK pounds, and the item item was available worldwide, I checked the seller was in the UK . But Dear old Paypal has charged a currency conversion fee ..
For a UK buyer of a UK item from UK seller ( from Brum?) ?
