I have two thousand emails that I need to find a way of downloading from my BTYahoo account. I wish to close that particular account but preserve the emails. Is there a quick / easy way to do this?
Not a quick way that I am aware of.
Set up your BT account in a local mail tool, Outlook or Thunderbird and collect mail in the normal way through pop3 access. Which is what you should have done in the first place, using web access to your account only when away from your home computer.
