Hi All
A few pics for those whom maybe intrested in Aircrafts i took these while walking our Staffy today these are a monument to the persons whom built and flew them hope you like.

These were put in place after housing was bulit on the old Pendeford Airport.

The Royal Airforce museum Hendon (London) has an actual aircraft in the Battle of Britain Museum.

Indeed they do. Saw it last week! Have to say they weren't complementary about it, as it had only rearward facing guns. Initially they were left alone because they look like Spitfires, but it was soon learned that attacking from the front, they were defenceless.

The 'sculptures' are amazing, Steve.
