Date manipulating software by Raistlin

Hi all,

I'm wondering whether there is a software program which, when given a specific date, will output dates incrementing fourteen days until the end of the year?

Thanks
Paul

Excel - put the first date in to cell A1 and then in cell A2 'A1+14' and then copy it down

Will that automatically take the differing months into account Paul?

Yes, if you input 20/01/2012 it will count on 14 days, 21/01,22/01,23/01,24/01,25/01.26/01.27/01.28/01,29/01,30/01,31/01,01/02,02/02 arriving at 03/02/2012. It will then give:

17/02/2012
02/03/2012
16/02/2012
30/03/2012
13/04/2012

There's not much you can't do with Excel, especially if you get involved with the behind-the-scenes element of macros! I enjoy fiddling with these just for the hell of it! :-)

Just for fun (!) if you put this into A2 and drag it down, it will only display dates for the current year, anything after this year will be blank

Code: Select all
=IF(A1="","",IF(YEAR(A1+14)<>YEAR(NOW()),"",A1+14))

When I read the first post I was ready to type Excel :) I did a module of writing Macros for my uni degree years ago. I still like to mess now and again. :)
