It'll take time to get your head straight John. The world carries on as if nothing had changed but, no rush, all at your own pace. I hope good memories prevail. Striving to get back to normal is how we are programmed but it comes at varying difficulty levels and is our own private experience which no-one else can rightly judge. All the best.

Recently John lost his Mum, seems right that we support him with our thoughts and messages.

To loose the women that gave us life, eased all our pains and fears when we were little and asked for nothing in return is the saddest day in ones life.

Can I add my best wishes to the above?

Lost my dad a few years back and it did hit me quite hard, although he was 80. The odd thing is, in your mind you never let them go - dad is in my dreams quite often still and it's like he's still here.....
