The Court of Appeal this morning ratified the use of "Whole life sentences".
Thank heavens that common sense is still able to be brought to bear upon the edicts and cock-eyed thinking of the ECHR.
Mind you, if somebody receives such a sentence, what do they have to lose if they decide to go ona killing spree in prison, for example?
