Now that the cold weather has arrived and the heater is on more often, I've noticed a cold breeze emanating from around the edges of the ATC (Automatic Temperature Control) panel.

Any ideas why please?

I seem to recall that 'a cold breeze' emanates from around the steering column, could this be the same breeze? If so I think this has been mentioned before, somewhere.
