The FBH (Fuel burning heater.) on my S-Type is knackered and I've bought a replacement from fleabay.

Was wondering if anybody on this forum can give it a service prior to me fitting it please?

Hi Paul... I've had a go at mine (in my ZT-T...). and it's still working!!! Have a few spares... happy to give it a go over... I'm no expert, but reasonably capable from a mechanical point of view.... I suppose it depends a bit on which model it is - if its the same Webasto unit as on 75/zt's I'm confident... not so sure if it's different... but as its a Webasto, should be similar... let me know what model it is?
Regards John

I'd just like to publicly thank John (theriddler) for servicing my car's Webasto. Refused to accept any payment for the work done and had it returned almost the next day.

Cheers mate :) - I'll buy you a coffee at the next nano-meet ;)

No sweat.... where I'm still learning (which is most of the time!), I don't feel it right to accept payment especially when I get as much out of what happens as I put into it... hope you understand my kiwi logic! :)
Regards John
EDIT - Let's just see if it makes any difference first! :) :) Hope it works OK...
