rear passenger hit the front passenger seat with some force !!!!!
Braked too late and hit the truck at 68mph, the occupants survived with light injuries.

A professional observation there David. Personally, nobody rides in the back of my car without being suitably nailed down. Front seat passengers likewise of course.
