Here it is,apologies for the photograph quality.

One factory fitted sunroof that wasn't done at the factory.

You will need:

One donor car (with sunroof)
Several spot weld drills and an angle grinder.
Many dust sheets
One spot welder
Seam sealant
Electric drill
Windscreen removal tools and the abilty to refit or get them fitted.
A painter
A painter in a good mood
A helper or in this case the owner
Patience
Lack of stinking cold or mental imbalance.

We also fitted Harman Kardon to the car at the same time.

Thanks Andy, it is actually a lot of hard work and endless amounts of stuff to refit.
I had underestimated by a mile , things like installing the sunroof drains and taking off the roof take a lot longer than you think.

James is a patient owner.

Excellent job Corin, I've enjoyed the sunroof all weekend!!!!!!
You'd better put a spare motor aside for me though, 'cos I've opened and closed it so many times I may have burned it out by next weekend!
Very happy owner!!
